CHRIS MERCER – GGENERAL MANAGER
• Licensed technician for over 40 years
• Owner of Superior with his sister Leah-Jo
• Started working at Superior in 1974 part-time and grew with the company
• Chris manages all aspects of the business related to service, repairs and maintenance
LEAH-JO MERCER – BUSINESS LINE DIRECTOR
• 34 years in the industry and working at Superior, started in 1984
• Owner of Superior with her brother Chris
• Accounting diploma
• Leah-Jo manages all aspects of the business related to the books, orders, supplies, client relations, etc.
ANDRE MATTE – ESTIMATOR
• 28 years’ experience in the industry
• 10 years working for Superior
• Andre helps manage all aspects of the business with Chris
• I-CAR certified (I-CAR’s focus is to provide everyone involved in collision repair with access to high-quality, industry-recognized training solutions.)

Cooper Sbrega – Sales/Parts Specialist
- 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- 5 years with Krown Rust Control
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Cooper works with all aspects of automotive field, automotive accessories, aftermarket parts and assists with Boss Plow needs
MELISSA ROY – Krown Customer Service
• 20 years’ experience in customer service
• 5 years with Superior
